The course and platform were co-branded, and AI Essentials for HR was delivered in English, Japanese, Mandarin, and Spanish to accommodate Mercer’s global audience.
The course is updated every run, to ensure that new HR professionals are getting the most up-to-date training in AI.
Since the launch of the course, Mercer has seen the following results
- 357 client organizations participated in AI training
- 1154 HR professionals certified in AI proficiency
- 93% course completion rate
