Building the AI engine of your team
Reshuffle author, Sangeet Paul Choudary, is joining us on October 15 from 11 - 12 pm to talk through the strategy, opportunity, and methodology for rebuilding your team around AI principles, through questions like:
- What’s the difference between being AI-enabled and AI-first?
- How can leaders think beyond the task-level and build an AI-first team at the system-level?
- What will becoming AI-first change about the way we fundamentally operate?
- What are the new competitive tensions and advantages in an AI-first world?
- What about the business playbook stays the same and what will be completely re-written?
He’s also taking your questions, so bring your toughest ones and your leadership team.
