The Portland Trail Blazers’ path to a full-court AI victory

On November 4 from 1 - 2 pm ET, we’re sitting down with the duo responsible for setting winning AI strategy for the Portland Trail Blazers, to unpack questions like:

  • How are you mapping AI initiatives to real business value creation?
  • What KPIs define success in your AI strategy beyond the basics?
  • How do you set a strong strategy that’s still flexible with AI’s evolution?
  • What have been the biggest challenges in actually deploying an org-wide AI strategy?
  • How will your organization change in the next 6-12 months with AI?
